TRAVELLERS’ TALES GROUP
This popular and friendly Group has existed almost as long as our Carrick U3A. We are very fortunate to have excellent speakers (usually from among our U3A members) and their topics are wide ranging.
Meetings of the TT Group are held on the 4th Thursday of each month (except August and December). Talks start at 10.30am but come any time after the doors open at 10am.
We are open to all Carrick U3A members. If you’ve not been before please do give us a try. There’s no need to contact the Group Leader before attending. There’s no commitment to attend regularly. Notice of the date of our meetings, the name of the speaker and the subject matter of the talk are given every month in the Newsletter. We also send out email reminders.

Travellers’ Tales meetings will usually be ‘hybrid’ events, available in the hall at Kea and online for those unable to join us at Kea. Recordings will be available for many of our talks, which are provided for personal use only but very much at the discretion of each speaker.
We meet at the Kea Community Centre, Playing Place. There’s plenty of car parking space at the rear of the Centre. The Centre is convenient for the bus stop by the Shell Garage Playing Place. The Centre is wheelchair accessible.
